Chic stay near Oxford Street

The location is superb just off Oxford Street and near Tottenham Court Road station. Getting around the city from here is really easy. The hotel is very chic and modern. I really loved the quick check-in. It took only 30 seconds! Maria even gave me a room upgrade.
The floor was noisy as people in the next room were loud. I heard talking and the door opening and closing. I called reception three times but nobody answered or called back.

the location was convenient enough for getting around the city without too much trouble
the room i was assigned seemed somewhat neglected the window blind was broken and let in a lot of light early in the morning the fridge wasn't working either preventing me from storing any drinks or snacks the air conditioning unit was very noisy disrupting sleep

the location was good. it was near to oxford street. the staff was lovely. the room was clean.
the rooms aren't very soundproof. you can hear noise from neighboring rooms. the bathroom mirror isnt ideal for electric shaving. it is positioned further from the sink.
